February 14th, 2019.

The Enduroland club is inviting quad entries for a Scramble event at its new sand-based venue near to its infamous Deepdale track on Sunday the 17th of March. Search postcode SG19 2PA to give the ground a Google Maps once-over.

Enduroland ran a successful annual XC series for quads for a number of years until entries dwindled. Now the ever-enthusiastic Enduroland team are keen to get the quads back into regular action, but it all depends on quad riders supporting their efforts.

The March 17th Scramble is planned as a six-race event preceded by 2.5 hours of open track time, so loads of time in the saddle.

The planned schedule is to run the open practice session to grab a good few sighting and set-up laps from 10.00am through to12.30pm. Then a 30-minute lunch break will be followed by six 12 minute races with a short break between each race. So, you get a massive two and a half hours of open practice and three hours of racing.

The classes are Pro, Clubman, Vets 40-49, Masters 50 plus, 250cc, Sportsman/Novice/New, 4x4 Heavy, 4x4 Light.

Entry fees will depend on how many entries. Enduroland needs a minimum of 30 quads to run the event at £60 entry. 31-40 quads will reduce the entry fee to £55.00. 41-50 quads will reduce the entry fee to £50.00.
