NORA-MX experimented with a new split start gate last weekend and it won the thumbs up from both officials and riders alike.

The new gate was used to split the Masters B group from the Novice group, allowing a delayed start for one side of the gate to enable two class races from one start.

The club intends to use the new gate for future combined startline races for groups that can safely run together and not interfere with each other's championship points.
