With the QXON clock ticking, Team GB team-mates Oli Sansom, Harry Walker and Murray Graham have been putting in the hours, training on and off the track at Sansom's MX Academy.

The guys got together last weekend for a spot of team bonding. You can catch up on their progress and hear them talk about the 'world championship' challenge that's ahead of them in just two weeks' time when the 2019 Quadcross of Nations gets underway at Schwedt in Germany.
