Alfie Walker is all set for two years contesting the 250cc British Quad Championship with anew hybrid quad built for him, rather than his previous hand-me-downs from Big Brother Harry or friends.

This new-build winter project features a 250cc Husqvarna electric start MX motor grafted into a modified Yamaha YFZ chassis.

The spec includes Laeger T Pin front end and steering stem, PEP Shocks all round, Dominator Axleand carrier, Renthal Bars, FMF Exhaust, Streamline Brakes and so much more….

Dad Stuart reckons at least 100 hrs of loving work has gone into this machine, so hopefully young Alfie will get a shot at another British title at the age of 13. In 2016 he won nearly everything he rode in on his CRF 150 Powered Laeger and was British 100cc geared champion before that. He had a year in the wilderness in 2017 and is eagerly awaiting the competition in a well-attended 250 group for 2018

The season kicks off this weekend at the NORA-MX Round 1 of 8 at West Meon in Hampshire. Weather permitting....
