The second round of the hotly contested EMX Quadcross European Championship takes place this weekend at the 1980m GP track Heerde, in the Netherlands.The battle at the top of the leaderboard is set to continue between Patrick Turrini, Harry Walker and Joao Vale. Heerde offers a different style of track to the first round at Alqueidão, Portugal, with deep sand that will suit several riders.
Turrini and Walker shared a win apiece at round. They will be fired up to claim the top step of the podium in both races at Heerde but, with over 30 confirmed entries and super-competitive Brits Mark McLernon, Oli Sansom and Murray Graham on the line, there’s all to play for!

The first 20-minutes + two laps, quad moto gets underway at 11.30am (local time) tomorrow, Sunday the 12th of May, with the second round scheduled to start at 14.15 (local time).
