Reigning Championnat De France Sable (CFS) Champ Harry Walker commenced his 2026/27 campaign in brilliant style with two second place finishes behind Belgian Randy Naveaux.

Taking place on Saturday the 17th of October on the sandy beach at Berck-sur-Mer in Northern France, the CFS series welcomed around 150 quad riders to the opening round of the popular winter championship.

Other Brits doing well on French soil included Mark McLernon who finished 11th overall, Dafydd Davies 24th, and Laurence Stopps 44th. Elsewhere Joshua Waring, Luke Brown, and Reggie Binskin were also in the mix.

Walker and partner Sophie recently welcomed their daughter Poppy into the world – the multi-European and British Champ isn’t showing any signs of slowing down any time soon though! “CFS round 1 in the books. 2-2 in both motos for second overall! Thank you to Drag'on for everything. We started the season well but need to get to work and get a little more seat time”.

The CFS calendar runs from October through to the final round at Le Touquet at the end of January 2027.

Round 1. Berck-sur-Mer 17th October.
Round 2. Loon-Plage 7th November.
